Does she like me or something? What should I do?

I see this girl by my street every time I walk on my way to campus I don't know how old she is but she looks a little younger than me, always hanging with a couple of guys or alone and is such a tomboy. Her friends have made fun of my scarf a while back and look at me and say something to her (It was quite a disgusting scarf) while they were talking she was just staring at me and I think I saw her by the window today again when I turned the corner, she was staring at me. The dude seem like hooligans and intimidate me. I'm used to feminine girls but I guess she's alright. She hangs around that corner every time I leave the house ans I see her on that streets most of the time when I walk back. Why does she stare at me? If I ever see her alone again, what do I do?
