Police and Murder Investigations?

While I agree with that opinion, human rights, blah, blah, blah. Even for hoodlums. I guess the amount and quality of investigation depends on the area, department, individual officers ect. Although one thing to consider is this: If a drug dealer, gang banger ect is murdered, then the person who murdered him could quite possibly be an even less desired character on the street. And if you can get them, then two birds with one stone sort of thing.
