Equifax hasn't touched my Credit report in years....?

I've been working VERY hard on my credit for the past 2 years and I went online to check my credit score with all 3 bureaus and they all showed very different reports and scores. Equifax, in fact, looks as if it hasn't touched my report in years. What do I need to do to get them to update my score?? I've brought my Transunion score from pretty much bad to GOOD which I think is quite a feat, however, Equifax is still horrible and I know it should be better. Ideas?
