Why won't iTunes recognize my audio CD?

I am trying to import a CD (Bruno Mars doo-wops & hooligans) onto my iTunes, but it is not working. I insert the CD into the CD drive, and I can hear it loading in the CD drive, but nothing happens. I upgraded iTunes, Windows, and my computer, but nothing happens when I insert the CD! Usually a window pops up asking if I would like to import the audio CD into my iTunes, but that isn't happening. What should I do?
