Pull out is not always effective, but chances are youre not pregnant. Youre probably just over thinking it, and assuming these are symptoms. Why are you coming off the pill if you dont want to become pregnant? Unless youre using another form of birth control,and arent wanting to fall pregnant, don't have sex, or take responsibility for what happens.
