Received underage drinking ticket. 3 months until i turn 21?

you won't get out of the ticket, but it's just a ticket. just pay it. but seriously, that's a stupid arguement. the law says no drinking under the age of 21, not no drinking under the age of 20 years and 9 months. also, be glad that was all that happened. when you are in a national park--those park rangers have more power than a cop
