Need a good motorcycle jacket for riding in Arizona heat?

I need something that breathes extremely well, CE rated pads in the shoulders and elbows and incredibly light weight so it almost feels like it's not there. A bonus would be a jacket that is military spec reflective so I don't have to wear the vest. I was looking at a ICON Hooligan but it looked kinda heavy. Thanks for the suggestions ahead of time.
