Why does Internet Explorer 7 keep refreshing the webpage/tab I am on?

Well, as I said from the obvious question/asked, why does it keep doing that? When it refreshes the page on its own and says that Internet Explorer had a persistent problem with the webpage. Nothing to do with a virus or whatsoever but it just won't stop! Then when it does it too many times in a row, it would say that the webpage would continue havingthe problem. I don't know whats going on! Help?
