Fitness for rugby next season?

I am 15 and am a keen rugby player, i usually play second row, and i hope to start playing serious rugby soon (next season), but the only problem is fitness, are there any exercises, or a routine that i could do to lose fat (around stomach and up on my chest), that is really effective so that i can be fit for next season? (about September time)
